Can Wrangler...

Very few cans escape my house.

I'm a can wrangler. I keep cans. What do I do with them?

Make tin can flowers, of course!

My tools include a pair of garden gloves and some tin snips...

I recommend the gloves highly...you'll still get blisters from cutting up cans with tin snips... but you won't tear most of the skin off of your thumb knuckle and index finger... learned that one the hard way...

So, after you've drilled a small hole in the middle of each can - so you can hang it... it's time to tin snip your way into tin can flower bliss...

Pick a paint color (or two... or more) of your choice and get to decoratin'...

They can most certainly brighten up an otherwise lifeless fence in the backyard...

They're fun... they're super easy to make... they only take a few layers of skin off of your hand... and that's only temporary... and best of all - you're re-purposing something that would normally just end up in the recycle bin... now that's true recycling!
